YORI-ID

What a one-stop consular platform covers

YORI-ID covers the full lifecycle of a consular service: identifying the national, issuing a card, processing their passport application, handling document requests, collecting fees, knowing who is on the territory, steering the whole across a network of missions and reporting to the supervising ministry. Each module can be enabled on its own.

Ten modules, one national record

A consular post often stacks tools that do not talk to each other: a spreadsheet for registration, an outside provider for cards, a paper register for certificates, a cash desk for fees. The same national exists four times, under four spellings.

YORI-ID modules all build on a single record. A card produced, a document issued and a payment collected attach to the same file, whatever the desk or channel the request came through.

Module-by-module rollout

A deployment does not have to be complete to be useful. A mission can open online enrolment alone, measure the effect on its register, then add cards and documents.

Frequently asked questions

Do all modules have to be deployed?

No. Each module is enabled independently and builds on the same national record. A mission usually opens enrolment first, then cards and documents.

Can data from one module be reused by the others?

Yes, and that is the main point of a one-stop platform: a supporting document provided at enrolment is not requested again for a first document application.

Can an existing register be migrated?

Yes. A migration of existing data — files, spreadsheets, digitised registers — precedes deployment, with de-duplication on whatever identifiers are available.
